Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Base Salary: $48,000 / year
Total Compensation: Up to $55,000 in your first year (with guaranteed growth potential in subsequent years)

Responsibilities
Targeted Prospecting: Perform cold and warm outreach via phone and email.
Opportunity Management: Respond to inbound calls and emails from both existing and new clients.
Sales Cycle: Prepare quotes for prospective clients and rigorously follow up through deal closing.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and consistent tracking of the sales pipeline within the CRM system.
Live Chat: Answer incoming website chats to support the team (strictly sales and quoting focused, no after-sales support).
Client Visits: Accompany project managers on client site visits (5 to 8 times per year).
Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows (2 to 3 days per year).
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and perform related business development tasks.
Qualifications
Experience: MINIMUM 18 months of experience in business development (lead generation) or B2B sales.
Hunter Mindset: Highly comfortable with inbound/outbound calls and prospecting, with a strong ability to close deals.
Autonomy: Ability to take initiative in an environment that values autonomy and results.
Languages: Fluent French with functional English to communicate with clients across Canada.
Asset: Knowledge of spatial layout concepts, measurements, or related product experience (e.g., hardware store, technical design, industrial sector) is a major plus.
