Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary internal Inside Sales Representative delivering exceptional support to regional agencies, interior designers, and commercial clients.
• Manage high-volume incoming sales inquiries, project drawings, and customer requests via phone and email.
• Lead the setup, implementation, and ongoing daily tracking of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Review architectural specifications and technical plans to generate accurate pricing estimates, markups, and detailed quotations.
• Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, and order entry tasks alongside post-sales and production teams.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication on open project quotes to maximize sales conversion rates.
• Assist cross-functional teams during peak operational periods, supporting inventory inquiries or agency outreach as needed
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative, technical customer care specialist, or sales support representative within manufacturing, building products, or lighting.
• Background in managing incoming customer pipelines, generating quotes, and maintaining database systems.
• Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, or operating within CRM sales tracking systems.
• High motivation to make an organizational impact in a dynamic, high-growth business environment.
• Familiarity with technical layout and lighting design software such as AutoCAD, AGI32, or Dialux is considered a valuable asset.
• Ability to report 100% on-site to the workplace location in Concord, ON.
