Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize inquiries from a stable and local clientele across various channels (email, phone, and web sales).
Prepare quotes and ensure rigorous follow-ups.
Address client needs, find appropriate solutions, and quickly relay client feedback (regarding pricing, products, service, etc.) to key personnel.
Maximize sales by proposing alternative and complementary products (reliable, high-quality products).
Work closely with the external sales team and provide them with technical support.
Conduct research with our suppliers.
Negotiate prices and special conditions with clients based on established criteria.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills regarding our product lines and systems.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar B2B sales role.
DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in electricity or any other relevant diploma.
Approachable individual, highly focused on customer service, who places client satisfaction at the heart of their decisions.
Reliable, resourceful, and dedicated professional.
Excellent time and priority management skills, with the resilience to bounce back easily and find solutions.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
