SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the director, you will act as a first-level technical expert. Your role will be to support consulting engineers and external representatives in the selection of specialized products and the analysis of ventilation projects.

Responsibilities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate technical support to customers and external representatives by phone and email.
Analyze mechanical drawings and specifications to prepare detailed bids.
Ensure the technical compliance of proposed products and suggest alternatives as needed (value engineering).
Collaborate with factories (often located outside Quebec) to validate technical specifications.
Actively participate in project follow-up meetings to ensure smooth execution.
Analyze customer needs and prepare detailed bids.
Verify the compliance of proposed products with technical requirements.
Identify additional or cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: College diploma or bachelor's degree in building mechanics (essential).
Languages: Fluent bilingualism, both spoken and written (French and English), to respond to customer requests outside the province of Quebec.
Experience: Relevant experience in internal sales or in the HVAC field.
Ability to read and understand mechanical plans (an asset)
Use of ERP/CRM systems.
Skills: Technical rigor, ability to manage multiple files, and strong team spirit.
Customer service skills, autonomy, and organization.
