Contract: Permanent
Schedule: 40h/week (flexibility offered)

Salary: $60k - $80k

Responsibilities
Analyze tenders and bid requests for institutional and private sector clients.
Collaborate closely with the estimating team to develop precise technical proposals.
Ensure rigorous and proactive follow-up on submitted bids (approximately 25 follow-ups per week) to maximize closing rates.
Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with contractors and architects.
Use and maintain the CRM to ensure full visibility of the sales pipeline in Montreal.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Perfect bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, to serve clients in Ontario and the United States.
Possess a true "Sales DNA": proactivity, tenacity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.
