Responsibilities
-Deliver premium customer care by acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding quotes, orders, and technical specifications.
-Create and maintain accurate quotes for client opportunities, ensuring the Bill of Materials (BoM) aligns perfectly with customer requirements.
-Manage the end-to-end customer care journey within Salesforce, keeping all contact details, project updates, and renewal dates meticulously organized.
-Negotiate with vendors and distributors to secure the best possible pricing for our customers, advocating for their needs at every step.
-Oversee post-sales support, including tracking hardware shipments and ensuring digital licenses are delivered to the client promptly.
-Proactively manage contract renewals to ensure clients never experience a lapse in their critical IT infrastructure support.
Qualifications
-1 to 3 years of experience in a role focused on customer care, inside sales support, or client relations.
-Previous experience working within the IT reseller or consulting industry is highly desirable.
-CISCO certification is considered a very strong asset.
-Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity in customer care interactions.
-A collaborative and "open-minded" approach to learning new IT systems and improving customer care processes.
-Ability to commute to Richmond Hill three times a week.
