As the central pivot between operations and customers, you will ensure the technical analysis of needs and the preparation of strategic commercial proposals for large-scale projects.
The position is located in Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot and requires a physical presence at the office 5 days a week to foster collaboration with the technical and operations teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze bid requests from municipal governments, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure cross-departmental coordination between operations and sales to guarantee the rapid deployment of equipment.
- Support the outside sales team in preparing commercial proposals and conducting client follow-ups.
- Dedicate 10% to 20% of your time to active prospecting to develop new markets (e.g., telecommunications).
- Manage "re-renting" relationships with partners and competitors during peak demand periods.
- Participate in a telephone on-call rotation one weekend out of four (remote management).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial or construction sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with ERP/CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, rigor in analyzing technical documents, and a proactive attitude.
- Language Requirement and Justification: This position requires full proficiency in both English and French (oral and written). Specifically, this role will require the employee to cover a territory that extends beyond Quebec (Ottawa and the Maritimes) and necessitates daily communication with clients and partners who do not speak French.
