SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Regional Management, the Supervisor ensures the daily management of an experienced team of about ten people. This position combines strategic personnel management with a high-level operational role to stabilize the organization's most strategic client accounts.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise the internal team (coaching, training, performance reviews).
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze daily margin reports.
Take charge of sensitive client accounts to ensure their stabilization.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Collaborate closely with the external sales team.
Provide direct operational support during high-traffic periods.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Solid experience in personnel management (essential).
Technical knowledge in automation, pneumatics, or industrial electronics.
Perfect bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. You will be required to attend essential training sessions, meetings, or conferences held outside of Quebec, which are conducted in English
Proficiency with computer tools (knowledge of a CRM or ERP is an asset).
Diplomatic leadership, great listening skills, and agility in the face of change
