Responsibilities
What You Will Do Everyday
- Drive the Order Cycle: Act as the primary, reliable point of contact for B2B clients, seamlessly guiding them from initial inquiry through to final delivery.
- System Management: Accurately enter and process high-volume incoming orders using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system.
- Consult & Upsell: Actively listen to customer needs and leverage your product knowledge to recommend complementary items, upgrades, and technical solutions.
- Rapid Problem Solving: Tackle customer inquiries, warranty claims, and return requests head-on, aiming for resolutions within a 24-hour window.
- Proactive Outreach: Make scheduled weekly outbound calls to existing clients to coordinate deliveries and spotlight new featured promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely in an easy-going but fast-paced environment alongside a 15-person team that includes warehouse staff, billing, and management.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of solid, hands-on experience in sales and customer service.
- Independence & Drive: The ability to thrive autonomously, take initiative, and build your own efficient workflows with minimal hand-holding.
- Tech-Savviness: Strong overall computer skills. Previous experience with Microsoft 365 or D365 is a massive advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (both verbal and written) to clearly articulate information to clients and colleagues.
- Niche Knowledge: A background or interest in trailer parts, RVs, wheels, or general industrial distribution is highly preferred.
- Clearance: Must be able to successfully pass a mandatory criminal background check.
