Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you'll play a crucial role as a primary point of contact for our valued clients, managing and growing existing accounts with a focus on repeat sales and expansion. Responsibilities
-Partner with Sales Representative to build sales pipeline
-Achieve outreach email, phone call sales to ensure targets are met
-Utilize tools like excel to track efforts
-Follow procedures and policies
-Process incoming orders
-Learning product knowledge to inform customers of product details, pricing, shipping arrival times and other additional information
-Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
-Build client relationships and trust
-Filing and other administration duties
Qualifications
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook
-Detail oriented
-Proven inside sales experience managing inbound and outbound calls
-Strong Communication
-Phone etiquette
-Time management skills
-Organization skills
-Customer service skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Demonstrated success of meeting or exceeding sales targets
