Actively consult the SEAO platform to identify and analyze public project opportunities.
Prepare complete and competitive submissions for commercial, institutional, and residential projects.
Take charge of and lead pre-closing and closing submission meetings.
Perform necessary site visits for submission preparation.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and be able to assist or replace them as needed.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best prices.

Stability: This is a permanent, full-time position
Flexibility: Telework may be considered after a successful integration period at our Laval offices.
Qualifications
To excel in this stimulating role, you should possess a solid background and a proactive attitude:
Education: Hold a College Diploma (DEC) in Building Estimation and Valuation Techniques, or a DEC in Architecture.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in estimation within the public construction sector.
Software: Proficiency in Excel, L'Estimateur Général software, and good knowledge of Plan Swift.
Technical Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of BSDQ operations.
Certifications: Possess a valid ASP Construction card.
Mobility: Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license (for site visits).
Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership, sound judgment, and a great sense of initiative.
