In this fast-paced project management role, you will be responsible for orchestrating execution across approximately 12 cross-functional business workstreams, including Operations, Marketing, Construction, Real Estate, Merchandising, Technology, and Finance. Operating under accelerated timelines with significant executive visibility, you will establish project structure, drive cross-functional accountability, and maintain momentum across multiple teams. Working within a highly matrixed enterprise environment, you will build integrated project plans, manage risk registers, and deliver regular status reports to Vice Presidents and Executive Leadership stakeholders.
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with high potential for extension)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days per week on-site at the corporate office)

Responsibilities
Multi-Workstream Coordination: Lead and align execution across ~12 business workstreams, including Operations, Marketing, Construction, Real Estate, Merchandising, IT, and Finance.
Project Governance & Planning: Build and maintain comprehensive integrated project schedules, milestone tracking frameworks, decision registers, and issue/risk logs (RAID).
Executive Reporting: Prepare clear, concise executive updates, dashboards, and briefing materials for regular leadership reviews.
Accountability & Dependency Management: Proactively identify cross-functional dependencies, clear operational bottlenecks, and hold workstream leads accountable to aggressive project timelines.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate working sessions, alignment huddles, and stakeholder meetings to ensure seamless operational readiness and business transformation.
Qualifications
Project Management Experience: 8+ years of dedicated project management experience leading large-scale business transformations, operational rollouts, construction, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
Retail & Infrastructure Exposure: Proven track record coordinating projects involving Retail, Store Operations, Construction, Real Estate, Merchandising, and Financial workstreams.
Executive Governance Depth: Strong experience developing enterprise governance artifacts, tracking critical path milestones, and delivering executive updates.
Matrix Organization Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, drive consensus, and navigate complex, highly matrixed corporate environments.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and time management skills; self-driven problem solver who thrives under tight deadlines.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Direct experience supporting pilot launches, new store openings, renovations, or large-scale retail change initiatives.
Professional certification in project management (PMP).
