Responsibilities
• Provide front-line application support and troubleshooting for Enterprise Commodity, Risk, and Settlement clients.
• Develop and code small applications and scripts to resolve defects and enhance system functionality.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from gathering business requirements to final testing and quality assurance.
• Investigate complex technical defects and provide tier two and tier three support to ensure system stability.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are delivered on schedule.
• Document technical solutions and provide accurate estimates for business-specific project tasks.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to modernize and simplify the existing application and technology portfolio.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in IT processes with a focus on development and technical business analysis.
• Proven background working with ETRM platforms such as OpenLink Endur, Allegro, or RightAngle.
• Strong proficiency in Java development and experience using Open JVS for technical customizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience using version control tools like GitHub and development environments such as Eclipse.
