Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and user issues
• Provide operational support, user training, and knowledge transfer to team members
• Review and interpret system requirements and technical design documents
• Develop and implement code/configuration fixes and enhancements
• Plan and execute system upgrades and regular maintenance tasks
• Create detailed and well-structured documentation for knowledge sharing
• Prioritize and coordinate support activities in collaboration with multiple teams
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in application support, including cloud and on-premise environments
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and modern frontend libraries (e.g., React, Angular)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases and Power BI analytics
• Demonstrated ability to migrate and deploy components across Dev/Test/Prod environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
