Responsibilities
• Provide timely resolution of incidents and user-reported issues
• Deliver operational and application maintenance support, including upgrades and bug fixes
• Develop and document support procedures and troubleshooting steps
• Participate in system enhancement planning, testing, and implementation
• Coordinate incident resolution with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders
• Support integrations and perform root cause analysis of system issues
• Deliver knowledge transfer and user training as needed
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Application Support Analyst, including incident resolution and documentation
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Visual Studio, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Strong experience in data migration, environment deployment, and scripting with Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and Digital Ocean
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
