Full bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is essential.
Proven ability to provide technical leadership within development teams and actively contribute to the department’s development community.
Excellent teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with initiative and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
Hands-on experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
University degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
