Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level RPA workflows using MS Power Automate, Blue Prism, and Logic Apps
• Collaborate with internal technical staff and business units to understand automation needs
• Provide expert consultation on RPA solutions and emerging automation technologies
• Analyze, document, and map business processes for automation opportunities
• Create detailed workflow diagrams and Process Definition Documents (PDDs)
• Implement best practices in RPA governance, security, and maintainability
• Leverage Azure services including Azure Functions, Cognitive Search, ML Studio, and OpenAI
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of successful experience in both cloud and desktop enterprise RPA development, deployment, and support. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of MS Power Automate and Power Platform, Blue Prism including the creation of custom connectors and Azure components, as well as experience with Logic Apps.
Desirable Qualifications:
• 4 years experience in enterprise-grade automation processes with the various RPA tools deployed for desktop and cloud in Azure.
• 4 years experience in Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path and Blue Prism.
• Demonstrated experience using RPA principles and best practices.
• 3 years analyzing and documenting business processes, gather business requirements, create detailed workflow diagram and Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and identify opportunities for automation.
• 3 years of Azure cloud infrastructure architecture, functionalities, and configurations.
• Familiar with Azure services, including Azure Cognitive Search, Azure ML Studio,Azure OpenAI, Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
