Responsibilities
Technical Architecture Leadership: Define, document, and maintain end-to-end technical solution architecture across application, data, and integration domains for enterprise systems.
Platform Integration & Data Engineering: Architect and oversee the design of complex integrations connecting customer engagement systems with legacy applications and cloud platforms using cloud integration tools and data pipelines.
Architectural Artifact Authoring: Create comprehensive conceptual, logical, and physical models for system processes, data structures, and environmental configurations.
Governance & Security Assurance: Prepare, present, and guide solution governance documentation through formal architectural review boards and cyber security threat risk assessments.
DevOps & Release Pipeline Strategy: Establish robust version control practices, deployment strategies, and automated build/release CI/CD pipelines.
Engineering Mentorship & Design Review: Conduct detailed technical code and design reviews, mentor development squads, and ensure system scalability, maintainability, and clean code standards.
Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Ecosystem Expertise: Deep hands-on experience architecting and integrating solutions specifically within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) (Strictly Required).
Enterprise Architecture Leadership: At least 8 years of experience leading the strategic implementation and architectural design of enterprise-level solutions within complex, distributed environments.
Azure Cloud & Integration Proficiency: Proven expertise in designing end-to-end architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure services (e.g., App Services, Data Factory, Synapse) and establishing CI/CD deployment strategies.
Governance & Security Compliance: Demonstrated experience navigating enterprise architecture processes, securing approvals from architectural review boards, and managing cyber security assessments.
Technical Stack & Platform Depth: Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), C#, X++, Power FX, and Dataverse data models.
Soft Skills: Superior communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with a proven ability to gain buy-in and mitigate technical risks.
