Responsibilities
User-Centered Interface Design: Create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications across various digital touchpoints.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Design and deliver sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes tailored to diverse screen sizes and devices.
User Research & Usability Testing: Conceive and conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, translating findings into iterative design enhancements based on user feedback.
Product Vision Facilitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the product vision—sketching, testing, and refining core and new feature functions.
Data-Informed Iteration: Analyze user analytics and usability test results to identify design friction points and devise elegant, evidence-based UI/UX solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and technical leads to ensure design concepts align with web development capabilities and technical standards.
Qualifications
UX/UI Design Experience: Proven professional experience designing user-centered web and mobile application interfaces (Strictly Required).
Design & Prototyping Tooling: High proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (Strictly Required).
User Research & Journey Mapping: Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate analytical insights into sitemaps, user flows, and customer journey maps (Strictly Required).
Analytical & Digital Thinking: Ability to use data analytics and user feedback to refine interfaces, overcome design challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, workshop facilitation, and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders and present design concepts clearly.
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Familiarity with public sector digital service principles and accessibility standards (e.g., AODA / WCAG guidelines).
General technical awareness of front-end web development capabilities and basic network security principles.
