Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Internal Auditor - Financial Transformation are:
- Act as a strategic partner by steering the internal audit plan and identifying key opportunities to strengthen governance and reduce business risks.
- Lead process transformation by converting your audit findings into concrete solutions to optimize the organization's operational efficiency.
- Become the go-to expert for the new ERP by acting as the lead advisor for the platform's evolution, configuration, and optimization.
- Spearhead stimulating technology integration projects (new modules, automation, acquisition integrations) to continuously modernize the finance function.
- Coach and empower teams across the organization by offering cutting-edge training and developing best practices for system usage.
- Orchestrate the annual audit process by ensuring seamless and effective coordination with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
The qualifications for this Internal Auditor - Financial Transformation role are:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in internal or external audit
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience with ERP systems or a strong interest in systems and new technologies
- Bilingual
