Responsibilities
A Day in the Life as an Internal Coordinator – Client Service:
Your core responsibilities will include:
•Managing the full cycle of order management within the ERP system, from data entry to production release.
•Validating and maintaining the total integrity of order-related data, including products, quantities, lead times, and costs.
•Serving as the internal point of reference for complex or non-standard orders, ensuring process adherence.
•Handling ongoing transactional and administrative activities to support the client service department.
•Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or constraints that could impact execution, assisting actively in problem-solving.
•Contributing to the standardization of work methods and ensuring data reliability across all internal systems.
Qualifications
To achieve success as an Internal Coordinator – Client Service, you should bring:
•Education: College diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is considered a valuable asset.
•Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or order management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
•Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools , with ERP system experience (AS400 or equivalent) being a significant asset.
•Language Skills: Mandatory bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, due to frequent interactions with internal colleagues and external clients.
•Core Strengths: Strong business acumen, sharp attention to detail, autonomy, and efficient priority management.
