The role of Internal Sales Clerk in Laval is essential and requires a senior, responsible, and versatile profile. You will be the sole person in charge of the branch, acting as keyholder and main point of contact for our customers (plumbers, distributors, municipalities). You will manage the daily operations of the Laval branch, including parts sales, inventory, and order administration.

Responsibilities
The Internal Sales Representative - Branch Manager is responsible for all operations at the small Laval branch. Their main tasks include customer service, inventory management, and internal sales support for industrial plumbing:
Responding to customer requests, mainly by phone and email (90% of the time).
Managing parts, inventory, and ensuring stock accuracy (parts clerk work).
Providing technical expertise and support to staff (remotely) and customers (on site).
Preparing quotes, invoicing, and following up with customers.
Perform basic technical calculations related to pumping, high pressure, and water treatment.
Coordinate projects and apply the rules and procedures established by the organization.
Use SAP software to manage orders, inventory, and warranties.
Perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and shipping equipment.
Be available for any tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the business.
Qualifications
To succeed as an Internal Sales Representative - Branch Manager in the industrial plumbing field, a set of technical skills and interpersonal qualities is essential:
Essential experience in parts management or a related field (building materials, distribution, plumbing
Knowledge of computer systems (such as SAP is an asset).
Adequate knowledge of English to communicate with English-speaking customers, suppliers, and distributors.
