Responsibilities

Proactively respond to phone and email inquiries from B2B clients.
Prepare price quotes and accurately process orders into the internal system.
Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) and follow up on supplier credits and warranties.
Work closely with outside sales representatives and the technical team to maximize customer satisfaction.
Maintain excellent business relationships with corporate clients across the territory.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required
1 to 3 years of successful prior experience in B2B sales, commercial customer service, or sales support (experience in distribution or manufacturing is an asset).
Strong willingness to learn: no prior technical knowledge in automation or electrical systems is required; all product training is provided on-site.
Functional bilingualism (French and English).
Excellent interpersonal skills, fast execution, and strong organizational skills.
Justification for Language Requirement (Bill 96)
Functional proficiency in English is required for this Inside Sales Representative position located in Laval, as the incumbent will regularly interact with English-speaking manufacturers and suppliers outside Quebec, as well as collaborate with internal support and management teams located in Ontario.
