Our client, a leader in the distribution industry, is currently seeking an Inside Technical Representative HVAC to join their elite team in Longueuil. If you are curious and have a solid background in professional sales or customer service, we will provide all the technical training you need to succeed.
Advantages

Responsibilities
Provide top-tier advisory service to a B2B clientele of specialized contractors.
Learn and master the technical specifications of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) products to effectively guide customers.
Handle incoming calls, prepare detailed quotes, and ensure accurate order entry.
Collaborate with team members and outside sales representatives to ensure exemplary customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B customer service or inside sales.
Strong learning ability and a natural curiosity for technical products.
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Functional bilingualism to effectively interact with a diverse clientele.
Positive attitude, team player, and a desire to build a long-term career.
Note: Previous HVAC experience is not required but is considered an asset; your personality and dedication to service are your greatest strengths!
