In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical right hand for outside sales representatives and serve as the primary point of contact for a loyal contractor clientele. If you have foundational knowledge in heating and air conditioning and are looking for the stability of a solid company, this Inside Sales position in St-Bruno is for you.

Responsibilities
Support contractors in the selection of HVAC parts and equipment.
Perform rigorous order tracking and prepare technical quotes.
Collaborate closely with the three outside sales representatives to ensure impeccable customer service.
Use SAP for inventory management and order processing.
Identify the required parts to address urgent client needs and emergencies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales role (Residential Sector) or at a technical service counter.
Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, or the HVAC field.
Bilingualism to communicate with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec on a regular basis.
Strong administrative rigor and a sharp attention to detail.
