As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, whether in person at the store or by telephone. Your primary mission will be to ensure exceptional customer service and facilitate sales transactions, thus actively contributing to the success of the branch.

-Manage the entire sales process, including order taking, invoicing and collections.
-Perform daily bank reconciliation reports and participate in purchasing processes.
Provide world-class support, building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
-Actively contribute to new customer acquisition and business development.
-Strictly comply with all occupational health and safety rules, laws and regulations.
Qualifications
-At least one (1) year of proven customer service experience in person or over the phone
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Excellent customer service skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
-A strong desire to succeed and grow within a stable and growing company.
