Responsibilities
Planning and Logistics Optimization: Manage and optimize the work schedules of internal teams (technicians, installers, etc.) by maximizing route efficiency and resource allocation.
Work Order Management: Receive, prioritize, and distribute internal work orders to teams, ensuring all necessary information is documented for execution.
Procurement Support: Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and distribution of equipment, tools, and parts required for field operations, in liaison with the purchasing department.
Inter-Team Coordination: Ensure fluid and constant communication between field teams, the warehouse, and administrative departments (R&D, Engineering, Logistics).
Documentation and Systems: Maintain the work order management system (ERP or FSM) up-to-date, ensure intervention reports are properly completed by the teams, and compile activity data.
Process Improvement: Identify logistical bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize internal support processes.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics coordination, internal scheduling, or service operations support (without direct client interaction).
Education: College Diploma (DEC) in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in resource planning software (ERP) or Field Service Management (FSM) systems, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is an asset).
Rigor and Problem-Solving: Exceptional capacity for analytical thinking, rapid problem-solving, and adherence to rigorous processes.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent team spirit, clear communication, and ability to mobilize teams.
Languages: bilingual required
