Position: Inventory Clerk (Admin + Reach Forklift)
Location: Paris, ON
Pay Rate: $24.00 / hour Paid weekly
Schedule: Monday to Friday Day Shift
Flexible start time: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Half-hour lunch break + two 10-minute breaks
Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs
Role Type: Full-time, Short-Term Contract

Responsibilities
Inventory Administration (70%):
Process receiving transactions accurately using the Printstream ERP system and assign new stock locations.
Monitor daily email priorities to release and print order fulfillment tickets for the kitting team.
Conduct cycle counts and physical stock audits to verify inventory against system data.
Walk the warehouse floor to verify stock locations, track backorders, and inspect status updates.
Forklift Operation & Floor Support (30%):
Safely operate a Reach Forklift to locate, pick, and transport materials throughout the facility.
Label incoming product accurately and coordinate product movement with material handlers.
Work closely with Project Managers and the Kitting Manager daily to communicate status updates on open orders and inventory shortages.
Qualifications
Licensing & Experience:
Valid external Reach Forklift License required.
At least 1 year of proven experience operating a Reach truck.
Prior experience working in a warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing setting preferred.
High School Diploma (minimum requirement).
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general office software.
Experience with ERP systems is a major asset.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments.
Ability to thrive and multitask in a moderate-to-fast-paced environment.
Safety Gear: Must have your own CSA-approved steel-toed boots/shoes (safety glasses and hearing protection provided on-site).
