Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities
Physical Management: Receive, label, and organize incoming parts in the warehouse and production areas.
Data Integrity: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to reconcile with our database (MS Access/QuickBooks).
Production Support: Replenish production lines from main storage to ensure zero downtime.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, and Database Administration to resolve issues in real-time.
System Optimization: Play a key role in data cleaning and labeling projects to ensure a smooth transition to our upcoming ERP.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 to 3 years in inventory management or warehouse operations (Manufacturing environment preferred).
Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems or databases (Access/QuickBooks experience is a major plus). High tech-savviness is required for the July transition.
Languages: Anglophone or Bilingual (Essential for internal communication).
Skills: Exceptionally organized, punctual, and capable of working with diverse teams and departments.
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle and move inventory items up to approx. 22 kg (50 lbs).
Bonus: Forklift certification is an asset (If not, we can provide certification on-site!).
