In this technical leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping enterprise mobile strategy, defining robust iOS architecture standards, and mentoring engineering squads. Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture Design
End-to-End iOS Delivery: Lead the technical design, development, and go-live delivery of enterprise iOS mobile applications across multiple development teams.
Architectural Blueprinting: Design and implement scalable mobile application architectures using MVC, MVP, and MVVM design patterns.
UI & Component Engineering: Build modern, intuitive mobile interfaces using SwiftUI, developing reusable UI components, core libraries, and technical frameworks.
Backend & API Integration: Architect seamless integrations connecting mobile frontends with backend microservices and RESTful APIs.
Team Coordination, Quality & CI/CD
Onshore/Offshore Leadership: Coordinate, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary development teams, serving as the technical lead across more than one squad.
Code Governance & Best Practices: Perform rigorous peer code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure application security, memory management, and performance tuning.
Agile & DevOps Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, UX, QA, and Release teams within Agile/Scrum delivery models, supporting automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and release management.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, communicating architectural decisions and delivery progress to key business and client-facing stakeholders.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: 7+ years of dedicated professional experience in iOS mobile application development.
Core iOS Technologies: Advanced hands-on mastery of Swift, SwiftUI, iOS SDK, and native mobile capabilities.
Architecture Design Patterns: Solid, practical experience designing and implementing MVC, MVP, and MVVM mobile architectures.
API & Backend Integration: Deep experience integrating complex REST APIs, JSON data structures, and enterprise backend services.
DevOps & Tooling: Proficient with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD automation platforms (such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps).
Leadership & Team Coordination: Proven experience leading development teams, managing onshore and offshore resources, and directing multi-squad initiatives as a Dev Lead.
Security & Performance: Strong understanding of mobile application security, memory management, performance profiling, and app deployment lifecycles.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and team mentorship abilities; thrives within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
