As an intermediate-to-senior technical analyst, you will bridge the gap between core business applications, system integration points, and stakeholder operations. Operating within a hybrid work model, you will lead incident triage, perform root-cause analysis, optimize system performance, and automate support tasks. Responsibilities
Support enterprise applications and database infrastructure to meet service level standards while minimizing operational risks.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive production environment stability, performance tuning, and capacity management.
Lead all phases of application support and incident resolution, including issue identification, data gathering, root-cause assessment, escalation, and documentation.
Conduct deep-dive problem determination, analyzing functional, security, integration, and operational requirements.
Develop custom automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript to address support gaps and simplify operational maintenance.
Identify and resolve data, cross-capability, and cross-release issues affecting application and database integrity.
Follow established change management procedures, ensuring thorough testing, sign-offs, and post-implementation monitoring.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, definition, testing, and operational readiness reviews.
Set up and maintain database and application monitoring to ensure continuous availability targets are met.
Provide technical guidance to functional teams on technology trends, architecture guidelines, and support processes.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & Technical Stack
PEGA Support Experience: Minimum 8+ years of dedicated application support experience focusing on PEGA platforms.
Cloud & Microservices: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and modern microservices architectures.
Scripting & Automation: Hands-on scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or related automation languages.
Database & SQL: Strong understanding of relational databases and complex SQL queries.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
Preferred Experience & Assets
PEGA Certifications: Official PEGA professional certifications are considered a strong asset.
Financial Services Context: Prior experience working within a bank or financial institution is nice to have.
Soft Skills & Professional Attributes
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
Problem Solving & Analysis: Superior analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex system failures and data issues.
