In this strategic, high-impact consulting role, you will lead the analysis, integration, and upgrade of core vendor collateral management platforms (including Colline/CMOS modules) to support advanced margining for sponsored clients. Operating within a fast-paced capital markets environment, you will assess system changes across OTC and Repo margining frameworks, map end-to-end data ingestion and publishing requirements, write actionable Agile user stories, and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing. The ideal candidate pairs 14+ years of deep capital markets domain expertise across trade lifecycles, risk methodologies, and OTC derivatives with expert-level knowledge of vendor collateral software.
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion)

Responsibilities
Vendor Module & System Analysis: Analyze features of new vendor software modules (Colline/CMOS) required for margining sponsored clients; assess system impacts and integration points across upstream and downstream platforms.
Requirements & Story Writing: Conduct end-to-end requirement analysis and author detailed BDD/Agile user stories with robust acceptance criteria for development squads.
Data Flow & Integration Governance: Define and map data ingestion, transformation, and publishing requirements across high-volume capital markets systems.
Testing & Quality Oversight: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for newly introduced modules and coordinate comprehensive regression testing across existing OTC and Repo margining environments.
Cutover & Deployment Planning: Lead cutover planning, go-live preparations, and hypercare support to ensure seamless production deployment.
Qualifications
Capital Markets Domain Depth: 14+ years of dedicated experience operating within Capital Markets, with deep expertise in Risk Methodologies, Trade Products, Trade Lifecycles, OTC Derivatives, and Collateral Management.
Specialized Vendor Software Mastery: Proven, specialized knowledge and hands-on experience with the OTC and Repo Margining modules of vendor platforms such as Colline or CMOS.
Requirements & Testing Lifecycle: Demonstrated mastery in business systems analysis, technical requirements gathering, user story writing, data ingestion modeling, UAT execution, and regression testing.
Adaptability & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge complex business trading concepts and technical platform constraints across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on technical skills in SQL for data profiling and database querying.
