This role is heavily focused on the Workday ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing advanced reports, managing data integrations, and automating information flows. You will act as a technical expert to structure, optimize, and deploy reliable data solutions that meet complex enterprise business needs.
This is a contract mandate extending until March 31, 2027 at 35 hours per week. The position operates primarily remotely with possible on demand travel required to the Quebec City or Montreal offices.

Responsibilities
Design complex matrix or composite reports while optimizing performance to avoid resource heavy queries.
Create and configure calculated fields involving logical conditions and basic text parsing.
Publish and manage report as a service solutions in XML JSON or CSV formats by configuring filtering parameters and data volume.
Manage security authentication constraints and report versioning to minimize impacts on end users.
Develop inbound and outbound enterprise data interfaces to ensure accurate external system extractions and automated data loading.
Configure field formatting error management rejections and recovery strategies during data transfers.
Schedule and automate data processing tasks by configuring operational dependencies frequencies and exception logging.
Qualifications
Demonstrated foundational experience acting as an information technology analyst or software developer.
Mandatory and absolute mastery of Microsoft 365 Workday Studio and Workday Orchestrate.
Strong expertise in Workday reporting including an excellent understanding of business objects and data sources.
Concrete experience publishing report as a service solutions and managing integration accounts.
Mastery of building inbound and outbound enterprise data interfaces including the use of predefined templates.
Excellent mastery of spoken and written French.
Functional level of English is required to interact effectively with the dealer services division.
**Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
