Strategic Design: Drive the implementation design for Funding and Liquidity systems across forecasting, execution, and regulatory reporting.
Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between technical development teams and senior business stakeholders to align the vision with execution.

Qualifications
Must-Have:
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, specifically within Capital Markets, Treasury, Liquidity, or Risk/Finance functions.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and superior data analysis capabilities.
Education: Minimum of an Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics).
Communication: Exceptional facilitation skills with a proven track record of leading discussions with both technical quants and business executives.
Nice-to-Have:
Advanced Education: Master’s degree or relevant industry designations (CFA, FRM).
Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
Domain Expertise: Prior experience with Asset Liability Reporting (ALM) and/or Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP).
