Responsibilities
• Overall Project Coordination of IMIT scope.
• Facilitation and coordination of multiple stakeholders through design and construction to meet a desired scope, budget and timeline.
• Project planning including scope development and project scheduling.
• Manage and track the procurements for IMIT equipment and services.
• IMIT budget development and management throughout project lifecycle.
• Project budget planning, tracking and forecasting. • Project documentation control.
• Issue management, escalation and tracking. • Decision making support and tracking.
• On site coordination and support. • Meeting coordination, planning and documentation.
• Work closely with project/program management teams to successfully scope prospective projects.
• Coordinate reviews, including end-user reviews and systems technical performance reviews, to confirm and validate requirements.
Qualifications
• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Possesses five (5) years previous experience supporting IT infrastructure in major and minor capital construction projects.
• Possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in managing IT projects within the healthcare sector.
