Responsibilities
• Oversee the performance, stability, and service delivery of assigned enterprise IT application areas.
• Lead and coach a team of technology professionals responsible for reliable system support.
• Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams to align operational goals.
• Implement operational standards and process controls to ensure compliance and manage business risks.
• Track operational performance metrics including incident response, system availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to guarantee service commitments and project expectations are met.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem management activities to prevent recurring system issues.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Systems Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience over technical personnel.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, service management, application support, or data environments.
• Proven background with IT service management frameworks, incident response, and vendor management.
• Recognized industry certification such as ITIL, PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma is preferred.
