Responsibilities
The Software Developer designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains and improves applications, and works across the entire software development lifecycle to optimize user experience and workflows.
We code review all changes, continuously integrate, pay down technical debt, and aim for highly automated test coverage. We like to stand on the shoulders of giants, like Salesforce, utilizing their platform as a jumping point off to great customer relationships. We are open to new technologies and tools being used with whatever tools make sense to get the job done. All engineers are also given "10% time" to work on anything that tickles your fancy.
You will help us support critical client management applications and will be a key contributor to our enterprise CRM implementation with responsibilities including configuration, integration and API development.
Qualifications
Top Skills: - 7+ years of software development experience
- 5+ Salesforce configuration and development experience ( Objects, Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder, Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, SOSL and APIs )
- Custom Code & Integration: Proficiency in expanding standard Salesforce capabilities using custom code (Apex, Javascript) and integrating with external systems.
- CI/CD & Source Control: Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Github) and utilizing version-control tools effectively.
- Experience with automated testing environments and test automation frameworks is preferred.
