Responsibilities
• Maintain project reporting standards, including detailed status updates, financial tracking, and schedule management.
• Lead the 2027 forecasting process by gathering estimations from various business leaders and stakeholders.
• Support the growth of the PMO by identifying and implementing process improvements to move the department toward higher maturity levels.
• Set up project structures, WBS codes, and purchase requisitions within SAP.
• Develop and manage interdisciplinary automated dashboards to track performance metrics across the department.
• Collaborate with project managers to review estimates, risks, and contractual requirements for IT and construction projects.
• Present detailed project cost reports and scorecards to management and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Proven background in Lean Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong experience with SAP for project setup, budget maintenance, and financial requisitions.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerBI with the ability to build and maintain automated digital dashboards.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to provide options and feedback to senior leadership.
• Prior experience in a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Controls role within a growing PMO environment.
