Responsibilities
• Act as a key partner by taking the reins of regular procurement files, thereby relieving the team to propel overall operational efficiency.
• Actively collaborate on complex technological projects (infrastructure, SaaS solutions, equipment) by helping to map out business needs and identifying the best suppliers on the market.
• Develop rigorous comparative analyses and decision matrices (costs, technical criteria, deadlines) to support the Principal IT Buyer in making informed decisions.
• Lay the groundwork for legal and cybersecurity validations by consolidating critical information (Service Level Agreements, certifications, data localization), thereby securing our innovations.
• Play the role of operational orchestrator by ensuring proactive follow-up and fluid coordination between departments (IT, legal, finance, operations) to eliminate roadblocks.
• Participate in strategic reflections aimed at optimizing our procurement processes, thereby reducing processing times and elevating the quality of service offered to our technological teams.
Qualifications
• You hold a relevant university degree and have solid experience in the IT procurement landscape.
• The intricacies of SaaS contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and information security hold no secrets for you.
• You are recognized for your structured approach and your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Your talent for negotiation and building lasting relationships with suppliers is one of your greatest strengths.
• You value teamwork and can navigate seamlessly between technical, legal, and financial requirements.
• Your fluency in both French and English allows you to communicate with impact to a diverse range of stakeholders.
