Technical Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 4 Senior IT Security Analysts; plan, estimate, prioritize, and assign technical tasks while providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance on system design and development.

dentity Lifecycle Management: Optimize role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), access certification, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
System Integration & Customization: Evaluate delivered platform functionality before customizing; design and maintain robust APIs, middleware, and automation workflows to connect cloud and hybrid systems.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee overall systems testing, performance tuning, and the migration of complex projects into the production environment in coordination with senior leadership.
Incident Response & Problem Solving: Perform in-depth root cause analysis, diagnose complex system issues, and implement risk-mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Standards & Compliance: Establish and enforce development standards, security protocols, and documentation best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
Experience Baseline:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, IT security, or related domain.
Minimum 5 years of experience in solution development, platform engineering, and enterprise system implementation.
Technical Stack
Depth:Advanced programming and scripting proficiency in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and PowerShell.
Deep technical knowledge of core IAM protocols and standards: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM.
Extensive experience with enterprise IAM/IGA platforms (e.g., Saviynt) and large-scale, mission-critical systems.
Strong proficiency in database management, including SQL and Oracle.
Language Requirements: Bilingualism (English and French)—fluent in both written and spoken communication.
