Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Understand and convert customer business needs into system requirements through workshops and data analysis.
Design & POCs: Create project design documents and build Proof of Concepts to evaluate software and verify solutions.
Tasks: Prepare component and integration specifications, design interfaces and BPM workflows, build POCs for new WTX features.
Project Development & Execution: Implement designs, develop POCs, build solution components, conduct UAT, and support Go-live.
Tasks: Develop solutions with core components, build ITX and IFD interfaces, prepare/upload test cases to HPALM, perform unit/integration testing, fix defects, coordinate UAT, deploy code to GIT/SVN/TeamCity, monitor interfaces, and provide ad-hoc support.
Documenting & Educating Users: Maintain application support guides and train users on application usage.
Provide Required Support: Offer user support and ensure proper alerting mechanisms for applications.
Qualifications
7+ years EAI Technologies design/development experience.
5+ years WTX 8.4+/IBM Transformation Extender (development/support/migration).
Knowledge of WTX 8.4+/IBM Transformation Extender Monitoring, Application Admin.
Experience with Trading Manager (Message/Partner Manager).
Understanding of EDI X12 Guidelines, SQL PL/SQL stored procedures, FTP/FTP(s)/SFTP.
Linux OS experience.
Flexible for on-call/support rotation.
Good communication skills (direct business communication).
