It is a full-time position requires a dedicated individual who can perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.
Working conditions:
Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in all areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
Spot cleaning around the facility.
Dusting in work areas, including cubicles and blinds.
Restock supplies in restrooms and breakrooms as needed.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, and vacuum cleaners.
Occasional cleaning of dust on walls and fans in the facility.
Ensure all cleaning chemicals and supplies are stored safely and correctly.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and events as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working at heights certification preferred.
Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar cleaning role.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their proper usage.
Ability to operate various cleaning equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
