•Team Leadership: Assemble project teams, outline individual responsibilities, and provide ongoing direction to ensure total team engagement.
•Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary escalation point to resolve conflicts, remove barriers, and align project outcomes with sponsor expectations.

•Expertise: Deep knowledge of project metrics (trend analysis, reporting, and creation) and best-practice methodologies.
