This role, focused on B2B account management and advisory services, is ideal for a rigorous individual who wishes to become a technical expert in an environment without high-pressure sales.

Responsibilities
Manage incoming quote requests via email and phone (no cold calling).
Conduct strategic product sourcing from various suppliers to optimize pricing and delivery lead times.
Ensure rigorous follow-up on orders and quotes using SAP Business One software.
Provide high-quality technical advisory services to clients in the mining, forestry, and energy sectors.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure inventory accuracy and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Essential Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written: Proficiency in both French and English is indispensable. This requirement is justified by the need to serve clients outside of Quebec and to process technical documentation from international suppliers and partners.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in B2B customer service, order desk, or the industrial supply sector (fasteners, plumbing, mechanics, etc.).
Technical Asset: Knowledge of SAP software or a similar ERP system is an advantage.
Personal Skills: You are recognized for your team spirit, technical curiosity, and desire for long-term professional stability.
Summary
The Inside Sales Representative position is permanently based in Saint-Laurent, with a hybrid telecommuting option available once the integration period is completed.
