Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Support: Manage high-volume AP (vendor/subcontractor payments) and AR (progress billings and collections).
Project Oversight: Support job costing, bank reconciliations, and intercompany tracking across multiple entities.
The Close: Assist with month-end procedures, including journal entries and accruals.
Collaboration: Act as a financial liaison between project managers, vendors, and internal departments.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in an accounting clerk or AP/AR role.
Industry Savvy: Previous exposure to construction or real estate is a significant asset.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel; experience with Sage, Jonas, Yardi, or QuickBooks is a plus.
Mindset: A detail-oriented professional who thrives under deadlines and enjoys a fast-paced workflow.
