Responsibilities
- Full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage incoming payments, including EFTs and Cheques
- Reconcile receivables and investigate variances/discrepancies
- Prepare and record daily bank deposits
- Support payment processing activities and ensure proper internal controls
- provide expense insights and cost analysis to internal stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of journal entries as part of monthly close
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform in fast fast-paced environment
- Ability to wear multiple hats when needed
- Industry experience is an asset
