Responsibilities
The Business Applications Management (BAM) team within Global Operational & Enterprise Risk Management (GOERM) is responsible for managing the Credit and Adjudication Applications [CEAS, iCap, CAFAT (Bank USA) and iCap Caribbean and other microservice applications]. Your goal is to help our clients achieve what matters to them by documenting business and solution requirements for small to medium initiatives to deliver quality applications and providing second-line support for our application end-users.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
• 1-2 years experience in business analysis or program/project delivery roles.
• Strong documentation skills: ability to capture meeting notes, translate business needs, and review solution design documents.
• Experience writing test cases and executing functional testing.
• Working in cross-functional teams and reviewing technical documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery: from requirements to testing and validation.
• Review solution design documents created by tech teams and provide feedback.
Nice to Have:
• Background in commercial or small business credit.
• Exposure to solution design documentation processes.
• Understanding of financial services or banking operations.
• No coding required, but must understand technical solutioning at a high level.
• Familiarity with data governance, data integrity, and data compliance principles.
Soft Skills:
• Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of logical thinking.
• Able to translate between business and technical language effectively.
