Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst
Location: Montreal (Hybrid)
Salary : Up to 90K depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying causes and proposing recommendations
- Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management
- Contribute to the improvement of financial performance tracking tools
- Participate in financial analyses as part of special projects (cost optimization, investments, etc.)
- Collaborate with various internal teams (accounting, operations, IT) to gather relevant information
- Support initiatives for automation and optimization of financial analysis processes
- Participate in documenting processes and implementing best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An accounting designation (CPA in progress or completed) is an asset.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, accounting tools, and a good understanding of accounting principles.-
Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
