Responsibilities
• Perform the assembly, configuration, and staging of networking equipment for deployment to field sites.
• Use technical drawings to guide the testing and verification of telecom infrastructure.
• Maintain the lifecycle lab and staging areas to ensure all equipment is ready for production.
• Provide technical support for project field trials and troubleshoot hardware during the installation phase.
• Complete detailed documentation for all installed devices and project operations.
• Update internal processes and procedures to reflect current hardware standards and workflows.
• Manage inventory control and ensure all materials are correctly labeled and tracked.
Qualifications
• Completion of a two year technical diploma in Computer Networking or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Cisco networking and IP technologies.
• Previous experience in network operations or hardware configuration.
• Valid CCNA certification or equivalent technical proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day for equipment staging.
