Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the Junior Sales Representative include:
Customer Data Management: Accurately and timely input customer information into our systems.
Invoicing & Follow-up: Create, issue, and diligently follow up on client invoices.
Contract Management: Oversee account contracts to guarantee correct pricing and fulfillment.
Sales Support: Field incoming sales inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
Onboarding: Assist new customers and vendors with seamless system onboarding.
Team Backup: Serve as a reliable support and backup for all sales-related tasks
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma
Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or inside sales experience is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Adaptability: You're comfortable with routinely shifting demands and can adjust quickly.
Flexibility: Strong multitasking abilities are critical for success in this role.
Attention to Detail: High degree of attention to detail and efficient typing skills.
Computer Proficiency: Experienced with data entry, computer literate, and comfortable using various systems, including MS Office.
Professionalism: Highly professional, polite, polished, and possess a positive attitude.
